The purpose of this QMS, as related to quality, is to ensure these expectations are met. A. J. Edmond Company management is committed to, as demonstrated in this QMS, establishing and fulfilling its’ customer needs, establishing quality objectives, reviewing the QMS, and ensuring the availability of resources.
To achieve the above objective and satisfy the customer expectations, the Company is committed to implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System based on ISO 17025:2017 and to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
Additionally company management will maintain a commitment to good professional practice and all laboratory and field personnel will be required to be familiar with the quality documentation and the implementation of quality policies and procedures in their work.
Quality problems arising in various areas are to be identified and solved with speed, technical efficiency and economy within the framework set forth in the Quality Management System. We shall focus our resources, both technical and human, towards the prevention of quality deficiencies to satisfy the organizational goal of “right first time…every time”.
The successful operation of the system relies upon the co-operation and involvement of personnel at all levels. Our commitment to the quality objectives set forth in the Quality Management System will ensure the continued success of our Company and the satisfaction of customers and staff.
The Quality Coordinator is authorized to ensure that the requirements of this Quality System are implemented. Any problems that cannot be resolved between departments or personnel shall be brought to my attention for final resolution.
